Processing time
We usually take 1 to 2 working days to process your order. On rare occasion we may take longer to process, in which case we will notify you. Orders will shipped via DHL or PostNL.
Estimated shipping times
You can trace the shipping status via DHL.com or PostNL.com. Usually it takes 1-3 days for your order to arrive within Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany. In case of any unexpected delay from the courier, we will notify you.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers who are outside the Europe Union are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their products. We are not responsible for delays due to customs check.
